How Do You Express Your Feelings?
Different people have different ways of expressing their feelings.
One key way that people irrespective of age is demonstrated through body language and often is linked with emotions. However, they way people are feeling can also be shown in the tone of their voices when they are talking.
Usually when people are happy their physical reaction could be demonstrated through jumping up and down, laughing and big smiles. Words are generally nice and kind. Their emotions would show a sign of happiness. When they smile you can see their big white teeth showing! Happiness is often caused by being around the people you like or at a place you like going to, for example at the mall or at a funfair.
When people are angry they may have a red face because they are full of anger. Their words would be mean and hurtful . They might punch and kick others. Aggression may be caused by a bully or from a person that would have been teasing you in the past and the person may have held a grudge.
If somebody was sad they would have red, puffy, watery eyes. They might be alone with no one around. When they talk they might hiccup. Sadness usually sticks around people when they have someone that has passed away from this life or something has happened while they are at school and that might have been caused by bullying.
Everyone is different and they show that through their emotions and actions. There are many different feelings but the most common ones are happiness, sadness, fear or even anger.
