Teachers Getting Paid By Grades?

There are a lot of schools in New Zealand. We all learn very hard, but some people just come to school to have fun and not for learning. My school has 8 hours of school and 1 hour for lunch and 20 minutes of morning tea.

I don't think that teachers should get paid by students' grades because if students don’t do enough work then the teachers won’t get paid much and they may not have enough money to get things they need to survive. For example, Mrs Shell doesn't have any food for the whole day because she doesn't get paid well and so she might fall asleep in class.

Teachers will get angry with how their students are working and might hurt them physically so they might take it out on their students. For example, Mrs Flowers picks up a chair and throws it at one of her students and says “You better finish this or I will punch you!”

Some teachers might get very very angry and quit their job, then the students won’t have a teacher. For example, Ms Grass gets angry because all of her pupils get very low grades so she packs her stuff and leaves the school grounds and doesn't come back the next day.

These are my reasons and examples why I think teachers shouldn't get paid by their students' grades. It's unfair for teachers to be paid by kids grades because their grades may change.
